Loved Ones Support Group

Every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm, join us for our weekly Loved Ones Support Group, a private forum for family and friends of our patients to gather to share their thoughts, open up about their feelings, vent frustrations, and connect with one another through their shared experiences. Many of our patients’ loved ones have endured stress, trauma, or other painful experiences as a result of the disease of addiction, and we want to support you in the healing process. Our Loved Ones Support Group pairs you with others in similar situations and is moderated by one of our licensed clinical therapists. It’s an invaluable resource for families and friends. No advanced registration required.

Private Counseling Sessions

Understandably, many family members of our patients wish to visit their loved one while they are undergoing their inpatient treatment stay. While we do not allow unscheduled visits, as they can disrupt the smooth flow of the treatment process, we do encourage family members to contact their loved one’s Primary Care Therapist to schedule a private family counseling session, which we offer once during the course of your loved one’s treatment stay. The benefits of this session are impossible to quantify, as is the subject matter you’ll cover. You might discuss better communication at home, comes to terms with a traumatic incident in your family’s past, or make a breakthrough in understanding your loved one’s addiction. The sky’s the limit: It’s just you, your loved one and family, and your counselor, navigating uncharted waters and beginning the healing process together.
